Chapter 10
When Zonica woke up she was in Christians arms he was carring her up some stairs and through some doors so she took the liberty to look around but when she saw that they are now in a bedroom her gaze shot to Christian not sure what his intentions were she inspects his face, he was looking down at her and a small smurk was trying to brake through in one corner of his mouth
Christians POV
When we arrived at the mantion Zonica was still sleeping; Macalister didn’t want to wake her up so I was asked to carry her up to her room that thay have set up for her by the time we reached the end of the stairs she started to sture in my arms so I looked down to see her eyes open slowly flutter open.
She is one strange being everything she does is just like a vampires movements so graceful.
The thought of her staying here with a mantion full of vampires should be interesting we havent had a guest in who knows how long and the only other female in this place is Sam so this should be a very interesting experience especially when the others find out that’s she is finaly here and with that thought a smurk grew on my lips and I looked at Zonica
I leaned down with one knee on the bed and laid Zonica gently down when her entire body stiffend

Zonica’s POV
I looked up at Charistian and the smurk on his face I felt that worry started to radiate through my body and fear crept up shortly after that.
My body grew tense when he put his knee on the bed and laide me there that smurk never leaving his face
When I was finaly on the bed and out of his grip I moved away from him immediately, pushing myself into the wall and covering myself with the pillows putting as much distance between us ,I put my knees up to my chest and peeked out from behind them to see what Christian’s next move is going to be.

“Zonica” Christian asked with a questioned look on his face because of her reaction but then his eyes grew wide
“O’ My Goodness Zonica, no…no…no…no…no!!!” Cristian said backing away and putting up his hands up in defence to show her that wasn’t his attentions
But Zonica just stared at him and her eyes never leaving his, she started to shake not wanting to go through it all again what she went through with Brian she had trusted Christian more than she should have and now she’s not sure.
Why, why is this all happening to me she thought to herself shaking her head and tears started to form but she held them back as best she could.
Christian new if he does anything now that things would get ugly so he backed off and headed to the door
“I’ll get Mecalester” he said before he left the room
Mecalester’s POV
I was busy telling the servants where all the luggage should go when Christian came running down the stairs with worry written over his face and clearly in destress
“You … you should … get up there …” Christian said between breaths
I looked at him not knowing what he is talking about but then Zonica poped into my head and I started to get worried not waisting any time with questions I ran upstairs
I got to the door of Zonica’s room and stopped, looking into the room she was nowhere to be seen I took a few steps forward and called out her name but got no response so I franticly started to pace form one side of the room to the other searching for her but couldn’t find her anywhere
“CHRISTIAN!!!” I shouted from the top of the stairs and he came running up to me wide eyed and worried
“I can’t find her” I said through grinding teeth
Charistian gasped in horror “This isnt good”
“You telling me; she doesn’t ever know that she is in a mantion with vampires yet and when anyone of them find her before we can tell them who she is … UGH I don’t even want to think of what will happen” Macalester said frustrated and worried
Zonica’s POV
I don’t know where I was going I was running down so many corridors and all of them looked the same and by now I know that I am hopelessly lost but I didn’t care I just wanted to get away and think things through
By now new thoughts has entered my mind and now I doubt my choices
Have I made the right decision to come here and to trust Macalester when he said that I’ll be safe or to slightly open up to Christian and start to trust him.I cant truly say that I know Macalister, I have only spoken to him now and again .I don’t actually know what type of person he is now why do I trust him so much and why do I feel like there is more to all this that I know of. All these choice’s I have made witch one of them was the ones I can trust?
